Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition (with an opening video), please call at +91-9123719915 or email us at desisilai2022@gmail.com mentioning your Order number. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Please note that the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

We at Desisilai believe & we can help its customers as far as possible, and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy.

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product (opening video is compulsory).

Please note that custom-made products or products that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
